Hey Everyone! It’s been crazy lately, but the good kind of crazy. I would say Las Vegas is definitely a fun/interesting place to have a SANS training course. I recently took the SANS Web App Penetration Testing and Ethical Hacking course in Las Vegas and it was well worth it! I highly recommend, especially if your company will pay for it. There was a lot of helpful cyber security topics that were covered in the course even if it isn’t your goal to be a penetration tester. I’m still studying to take the test as it was A LOT of information. The labs in the training are great for hands-on experience especially for BurpSuite. I’ll do another blog post or Youtube video later just on BurpSuite, so stay tuned. My team won the Capture-The-Flag activity on the last day which was surprisingly very suspenseful due to all the teams ending up close in the final standings.
